- Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When it ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

- How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

- Do you offer returns?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unworn and in original condition.

- How do I request a return?

Contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

- Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Once processed, changes are no longer possible.

- What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.

- Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

In some cases, depending on your country, local customs fees may apply. These are not included in your order total.

This policy establishes clear rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for all orders placed at
Bellepasso. Our goal is to ensure full transparency and a smooth experience for every customer.

1. Return Request Timeframe

Customers have up to 30 calendar
days from the date of delivery to request a return or report any issue with a product.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unworn and free from signs of use or damage

• Be in original condition with tags attached

• Include original packaging and any accessories

2. Defective Products

2.1 Confirmed Defect

If a product is confirmed to be defective upon delivery, the standard resolution will be a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to the customer.

If the customer declines the replacement, Bellepasso may, at its discretion:

• Offer a partial refund corresponding to the value of
the item; or

• Grant store credit equivalent to the value of the item.

2.2 Multiple Defective Items

If more than one item in the same order is found to be defective, the order will be reviewed as a whole. The company may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund based on the case evaluation.

3. Exchanges and Returns Due to Personal Preference

Requests for exchanges or returns based on personal preference including but not limited to not liking the product, change of mind, or fit and comfort expectations not being met do not automatically qualify for refunds.

In such cases, no full or partial refunds will be issued without the return of the purchased item. Any alternative resolution, if offered, is provided strictly at the company’s sole
discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases expressly covered by this policy and only after the returned item has been received and approved.

When applicable:

• Refunds apply exclusively to the value of the paid
product

• Shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval

• Requests involving dissatisfaction related to fit, appearance, or personal preference do not qualify for refunds

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Bellepasso does not provide prepaid return labels

• Receipt of returned items is not guaranteed without valid tracking information

6. Order Cancellation

All orders enter processing immediately after payment confirmation to ensure fast preparation and dispatch.

• Cancellation requests are accepted only within 2 hours of order placement

• After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in processing

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing the purchase

7. Delivery Issues and Claims

Customers must report any delivery-related issues, including non-receipt, within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

After this period, Bellepasso is not responsible for lost, missing, or undelivered packages, and no replacements, refunds, or compensation will be provided.

8. Commercial Solutions

In certain situations involving dissatisfaction or change of mind, Bellepasso may offer, at its sole discretion, an alternative solution to avoid returns.

• Shipment of one alternative product chosen by the
customer at no additional cost; or

• Allowing the customer to retain the originally received
product

This option does not grant an automatic right to a refund, does not imply acknowledgment of a defect, and is limited to one resolution per order. Acceptance of this solution shall be considered final resolution.
